With over 20 years at On Line Services before taking ownership, Kristie brings unmatched depth of knowledge to every client relationship. A Certificate IV and Diploma-qualified registered BAS Agent, she is involved in all aspects of bookkeeping and payroll — known for friendly, efficient service and a genuine commitment to helping clients reach their business potential.
Courtney McQueen
Bookkeeper & Payroll Clerk
With On Line Services since 2010, Courtney's diligence and responsiveness make her the trusted bookkeeper for Beechworth Bakery — managing payroll for over 200 employees. Her varied client base spans bakeries, security and transport companies, racetracks, and disability and nursing services. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping.
Kirsten Dey
Bookkeeper & Payroll Clerk
Joining in 2024, Kirsten's friendly and down-to-earth nature quickly grew her client base. She handles bakery franchise clients, large livestock companies, and multiple butcher shops, bringing over 20 years of industry experience across franchises, trade companies, and small businesses. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping.
Vicki Paroz
Bookkeeper & Payroll Clerk
The newest addition to the team, Vicki joined in 2025 and has hit the ground running. Her infectious personality and approachable nature are a natural fit for the On Line Services culture. With a wealth of industry knowledge, she has already undertaken intensive training and taken on long-standing livestock and bakery clients.
